The Bakers' Brewery is located in Silverthorne, Colorado. This Summit County restaurant and craft brewery serves lunch, dinner and drinks. Its menu focuses on freshly crafted beer along with from-scratch, homemade meals and baked goods.
Happy Hour runs daily. Live music is hosted periodically. The Bakers' Brewery also offers a free rental space called the Brewers' Corner. This secluded space is located in the corner of the restaurant while also being near the bar. The area seats around 25-30 people.
The in-house brew selection includes session beers, some "big" beers plus special guest taps. Offering span a broad spectrum from light Buzzbird Belgian Honey Wheat to the Intense Bike Rider, a double red ale and more. Every month new beers are available on tap. Cory Forster is brewmaster.
The Bakers' Brewery recently one its first silver medal at the 2016 North American Brewers Awards for its Belgian Rebellion.
To get to the brewery, take exit 205 from Interstate 70. Then take the first right on Rainbow Drive, the first right onto Tanglewood Lane, then a right onto Silverthorne Lane.
