The Dillon Dam Brewery is an American-style restaurant and craft brewery serving lunch, dinner and a kids’ menu.
It's the largest brewpub in Colorado and one of the largest employers in Summit County. Two floors of dining options means up to 220 people can be served.
A summer beer garden outside adds 60 additional seats outside.
The Dillon restaurant's menu features regionally sourced meats and produce. The kitchen weaves Dillon Dam beer into its recipes and designs food to pair with craft brews.
The Summit County restaurant brews about 2,000 barrels a year of hand-crafted ales and lagers. This makes Dillon Dam Brewery the 69th largest brew-pub in the nation. Learn what's currently on tap by clicking here.
The Dillon Dam Brewery gets its name from Summit County's well-known Dillon Dam, which created the Dillon reservoir in the 1960s. Learn more history by clicking here.
