As the longest-running Nordic event in Colorado, the annual Frisco Gold Rush is a classic and historic race open to skiers of any age and ability. In celebration of Nordic culture and the town’s mining heritage, Frisco hosts a weekend of different length races from sprints to 20K courses and awards winners in different age categories for stellar performance. A post-race party is also customary with giveaways, light refreshments, awards and, in past years, local brews.
